Kolbie is fantastic with communication. She answered all of my questions in a very timely manner. She is very thorough when booking, as she gave me more than one option to choose from, giving great first-hand advice and suggestions when it came to resorts, dining, park day reservations, etc.

I live a very busy life and its hard for me to keep up with the small details. Kolbie stayed on top on every detail big and small and it made a huge difference. My kids smiled from ear to ear and I could not be more happy!

Kolbie was so helpful in setting up a trip that was as painless and stress free as could be. She was extremely easy to get in touch with to send payments, remind us about upcoming deadlines, and of course all the needed documents and information about vaccines/passports. Up until the last couple of days before the trip I felt very relaxed that everything was already done for me! The week before, Kolbie didn’t hesitate to help us out with last minute questions and concerns about Covid restrictions and reminders. The only thing we had to do was pack, arrive, and pay for the trip!!!
